TOURISM AND FOOD:NORWAY,INDIA,SPAIN

NORWAY TYPICAL FOOD: LAMB

Lamb is also a typical Norwegian food,
considered one of the best meats in the world.
The pastures where sheep and lambs feed and the climate and
the low pollution of the country,
make lamb meat a pleasure for the senses.

The ribs or lamb chops are very typical at Christmas time.
And, moreover, there is a dish for the less scrupulous: the smalahove.

INDIA TYPICAL FOOD:SAMOSA

The samosas, possibly the most international Indian food,
are a kind of empanadillas stuffed with potatoes, onions,
peas and other vegetables, seasoned with cumin and spicy,
although we can also eat stuffed chicken.

SPAIN TYPICAL FOOD:GAZPACHO

It is a traditional cold soup that can be found in
different regions of Spain like Extremadura,
Andalucía or Castilla-La Mancha. The most popular
is the Andalusian that is made, among other ingredients with tomatoes,
peppers and garlic.
Besides being healthy it is an example of our Mediterranean diet.
