The Chana Masala is a typical dish of northern India in
which its main ingredient is the chickpea. It is a very spicy dish with a
rather acidic taste. It is very popular mainly in Panyab, consumed in the
northwest of India, of Guyarat and Sind.
The dish consists mainly of chickpeas, onions, diced
tomatoes, curcuma, coriander seeds, garlic, chiles and ginger.
